Brooke Mason, Bowen and Massage Therapist

Brooke was first introduced to Bowen Therapy in 1999. This experience sparked a deep appreciation for the therapy, leading her to seek treatment sporadically over the next 15 years.

In 2012, after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, she took a step back to reassess her life and the values she wanted to instill in her children. This pivotal moment led her to the field of massage therapy. She initially completed a beauty therapy qualification, where she learned Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, reflexology, and Indian head massage. It was during this training that an instructor recognized her natural talent and encouraged her to pursue further studies. Motivated to expand her knowledge, she went on to complete a Certificate IV and a Diploma of Massage with the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Her journey took another meaningful turn when her husband was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Traditional massage proved uncomfortable for him, but during a visit with her Bowen therapist, she had a moment of clarity—Bowen Therapy was where she truly wanted to focus her career. In 2022, she enrolled in Bowen Training Australia and has been practicing ever since, continually amazed by the profound benefits of the therapy and the diverse ways it can support the body’s healing process.

"Every day, Bowen Therapy surprises me with its effectiveness and the incredible impact it has on people's lives."
